Hey guys, bit of a newbie question. But my 1981 c10 didn’t have radiator brackets when I got it. It ya the radiator in there but it’s zip tied on. So looking online and I am not sure exactly what I need? I see some are two brackets and some is just one big piece?

Do I need item 12? Or item 16?

Depends on what engine you have. The large panel would be if you have a 454. The smaller brackets would be if you have a small block. You would also need the rubber support pads to go into it for the correct year and engine size.
It really depends on the radiator size, but that information isn't often given. Instead they give the engine size because most radiators are dependent on your vehicle year and engine size. There can be some issues if you have a Heavy Duty radiator that might not be covered, but that is an exception.
Another option is to go looking at local wrecking yards. For example...a lot of diesel truck parts aren't reproduced. I got a set of radiator brackets for my 1991 V3500 with a 454 off of a wrecking yard. Those brackets are the same as the diesel ones, and not reproduced.

5.3 haha. I think I found one of the brackets, it’s holding a make shift fuel pump from whatever engine was in it before! Ouch.
