Title: Bolt Sleeve

Will someone tell me what this part is called?  I might need to order another one for my 83 C10.  There are two of them that bolts for the bed go through.

There should be one and it looks like it's there. The bed is designed to absorb the destruction in an impact, not to send you into orbit.
