how hard is it to replace the rear seal on a auto transmission

The seal around the yoke????  if so, it is simple.  Take drive shaft out and pop the old one out with screwdriver or the like.  Use a block to pop the new one on to ensure and even press....tap w/ hammer. Be sure to rub  a little fluid around the rubber part of seal prior to putting her in so it won't be eaten up w/ friction initially.
