Hi All - My son and I are fixing up an 87 R10 and want to upgrade the wheel / tire combo. Right now it has 235 75R15s on it. Weve lowered it 3in up front and 4in in the back and want something that will match the look. We like the look of all black wheels with lower profile tires on larger wheels. Were also interested in filling out the wheel well more as the tires sit several inches inside the fender both front and back. We weren't sure if this meant just wide wheels / tires or that plus a change in backspacing, a wheel spacer, etc. Just wondering if anyone has some recommendations of tire size, wheel size and wheel style that would look good or even pictures of your setup on a similar truck.
Thanks!
Brad

All black wheels and rubber bands are out on these trucks. Keep the chrome nuggets, (old school always wins) just get some new center caps and nicer tires with white letters FTW.

4/6 inch drop 20" Detroit steel Delray's with 255/45R20 all around

Interesting point... I was thinking black to go with the lowered and a bit streamlined look (probably will end up doing something with the front bumper). I'll take another look at some chrome options.

Thanks for sharing! Those look great with your overall style. That might be the size my son's thinking of.
