Title: No dash or markers, where to start?

The fuse box has a dead circuit at the marker light pole (both) where would one start to look for this short?

Is this regarding your 1976 short box?  OEM fuse boxes do not have a fuse labeled "marker light."  Are you referring to the TAIL LPS fuse or the PANEL LTS fuse?  Are any of the fuse box fuses melted?  Which lights exactly aren't working?

I'll look again, I just used a test light. My dash lights and running lights (front and rear) are the ones that aren't working.
