Anyone run a supercharger on a stock TBI motor? Now I know ideally you want forged everything for a boosted motor but what if you keep boost low say 5-7 lbs max? I've got a Weiand 177 ready to go. What changes would I need to make to the TBI and computer system to accomodate the extra power? Stock output for the '87 TBI 350 is 210hp/300tq, so an extra 100 to 125 ponies and according torque would be a noticable difference for sure.

The PCM should be able to accomodate However you might want to have a chip made specifically for your spark advance and fuel curve

I had a friend who had a 95 Chevy truck with a stock 210 HP 350 and put a B&M Streetcharger kit on it. It ran alright but he could have used a tuned chip or computer reprogram to get the most out of it. Sounded cool though! As far as I know, the install was pretty much bolt-on.
