Hey all,
So a bit of a noob. This old farm truck, 76' K10, I decided to keep stripping and try and refurbish everything I can. The rear suspension went well, I will need brakes lines from the main line to the brakes. I put the KBS frame coat on it (up to the tranny- will finish the front once I pull engine) after taking off as much rust as possible. Some of the parts I am fully de-rusting, like the leaf springs, brake parts, etc. I needed new shackles as well.
Any tips or good vids already on the order of installation here or any good what not to dos? So far all has gone well.
Thanks in advance.

Oh, I'll be in trouble at some point, It really needs the under-cab supports replaced, was not going to take the cab off but will need to. Will post photos on that later.

Why do you have thew driveshaft slip yoke at the rear axle?

HUH. Please clarify. I did not change anything or do anything to the drive shaft other than clean/paint. I did clean out the rear end and changed one of the large washers and that pin but kept it where it is intact.

I wasn't looking at that, but Vile is right! (surprising, I know), it looks like your driveshaft is "backwards".

LOL, well good to know it's wise to post photos here. That's how it gave running and I did not notice at all. Funny. I know what I'm doing next. THANKS folks.
