What is a good lubricant for manual window regulator roller/rail? Need to clean and lube.

If you are talking about the roller channels I use Axle grease

I've been using 3M silicone paste.

Everyone needs to get themselves a tube of SG-8 Sil-Glyde

Use it on everything rubber, brake components, windows, plumbing, pools, etc
