Title: Old guy and grandson with 80 scotsdale stepside.
Post by: Jim Akins on May 24, 2024, 02:03:19 pm
Although I'm 90 yrs old i'm still active. My son recently gave my grand son his Scotsdale stepside . It's been on parked since 1997 and only has 85k, it's a very basic 6 cylinder 3 speed, power brakes and steering, straight body and no rust, we are in Merced Ca. Over the years I've owned so many vehicles I can't remember them all, we are going bring it back to the state it was in in 1997, him working, me supervising, wish us luck. Jim

Welcome from SoCal San Diego! Thanks for carrying on the tradition!

I gave my son my '55 Apache Series II Stepside about 30 years ago, been mothballed for about 20. His daughter want to resurrect it, so looks like I will have another project soon.

Please post pics before and after... ;D
