Title: Intermittent wipers not working on 83.

So finally getting some miles under this newly redone K10. I had to get a new wiper motor because the pump quit. I noticed that the wipers work fine on low/high but they dont work on intermittent. I assume that twisting the little knob is supposed to change the frequency of wipe? It doesnt seem to do anything. Is there a typical failure here?

Check the delay module under the steering column
