I have a 77 2WD Blazer that needs the floorpans where the seats mount as well as the far front floorpans. I have discovered that the pans in these Blazers changed somewhere around '78. I found out the hard way by ordering the pans that are supposed to fit a 73-91 from . I also have gone to Goodmark and Year One only to find the same parts. The aftermarket front pans I've found all come in two pieces. The far front pan that butts up to the firewall is the same as in the trucks and easy to come by. The pans I need are the portion where the seat mounts that run into the "bed" section of the Blazer. My pans end at the B pillar right after the rear seats and are curved upward. All the pans I've found are for the later model Blazers and go past the B pillar and go up at a 90 in front of the rear seat. Doesn't help me much because I can't even cut them to fit, they're not even close to the same. The truck floorpans however are the same dimensions and, as far as I can tell, would fit. However, the pans are elevated where the seats mount and I'm not sure the underbody supports would work because of this. I'm trying to stay away from having to cut pans out of a donor vehicle, but I'm running out of options and can't do anything else to the Blazer until I get this handled. I know somebody out there has run into this problem before. Anybody know where I can get the correct pans or have any ideas? Thanks and sorry for the long post

Make them out of heavy gauge sheet metal. Have a tin shop rollsome beads in them to add stiffness.
