Title: How to change gears???

Need to go from 3.42 to 4.11 in front and rear. How hard is this to do at home? Where can I get instructions from if needed? I have a 12 bolt rear and 10 bolt front in 1981 Chevy Shortbed.

Without the correct knowledge and the right tools it is impossible to do at home and have it right.

Swap in some 3/4 or 1 ton axles that already have 4:11s
