Hi, i have a 79 chevy c10 and i wanted to make it 4x4 and was wondering if i could use a suburban frame for it?

Your core suport mounts and the front cab mounts are the same. You will have to fabricate rear cab mounts. The bed holes will not line up with anything, the wheel base is not the same as a truck, and the rear wheel opening will not line up. Your best bet would be a custom flat bed etc.
