A couple months ago I bought the heavy duty headlight harness from and its been working great until one of my relays went bad from battery acid and I cant find them anywhere. Does anybody know where to buy the replacement relay for the harness?

What do you need a heavy duty harness for? a relay is a relay, take the old one to an autopart store and have them cross reference it.

The harness uses the relays and I've already been to Advance Autoparts and Oreilly and neither of them had the relay. I bought the harness because I replaced the sealed beams with H4 Halogens and the harness makes them brighter.

check your local stereo, car alarm shop, that was where i found the "odd" relays to make the wiring harness to covert my jeep to fuel injection, seems he had the ones that napa and advanced could not get.

Is there a part # on the relay? or brand? Is there a schematic printed on it?

There is no part number or brand but there is a schematic on it.

double contact relays are used in other systems in your truck; the horn, the lights(yeah, I know-duh),the fans, the...hmm there's something else and I forgot what it is. Anyway, they should be available at the auto parts store. They're all the same kind of relay.

Adnvance Auto had a relay with the same schematic but it had a different socket so I couldn't plug it into my harness.
