I live in Kansas City and I found this 1989 Blazer and was wondering what you guys think the most I should offer for it. I am currently working on my 77 C10 and was wanting a blazer as my everyday driver. He is asking $6,000 for it but I think that is too high. Tell me what you guys think.
Thanks.
Here is his listing

Well worth $6000 in my neck of the woods. The Blazer looks EXTREMELY clean from the pictures.

He wants to get rid of it in the next three weeks because he is moving to Texas so I am going to try and talk him down. How much lower do you think he would go?

Looks real nice to me, $6,000 sounds prety fair to me for one in my neck of the woods too. I wouldn't be selling it but if I was I would take it with me if I couldn't get the price. As far as what to offer him, try $4,500, whats the worst that can happen? He might say no, so you raise your offer.

Heck, offer him $7,000
That thing is clean! It is even set up for towing...electronic brake control and hitch receiver. Maybe offer $7,500

Where is this dude? I will give him $6,000 for it. Just kidding I wouldn't do that to you. That thing in phoenix would be about 8 or 9,000. People out here want a lot for their trucks especially if it's that clean.

Here in central Illinois it might bring $2000-$3000 but that's just because no one is interested in anything but economy cars around here seems like.

that thing is well worth $6000, I had people around here offer me that for my 79, and it dont have carpet, or good door panels. Edited by: roundedline at: 5/25/06 11:27 am

$1500 lower is a good place to start. He hasn't had to put much in it to lose, but his efforts to keep it so nice are worth payin for- I bet you end up meeting him 1/2 way between the two prices. It will look good sitting next to your 77.

If you end up not getting it let me be next in line. I'll buy it.

Something came up and I dont have the money to buy it. Man I wish I could buy it, but I cant. Here is the link.
AutoTrader I emailed him and he also sent me some pics of the engine bay and it is clean. My Truck at Cardomain
