maisto makes them. I bought 2 of them a few weeks ago at target as well. Mine are a orange with black flames here is some on ebay. type 87 maisto and a bunch comes up

Yes!!! Thats awesome, I wish they made it in a bigger scale. It kind of looks like the wheel set up I have...17 and 20" Americans.  I just found some motivation to start wrenching on my ride again.
