i'm not sure what it's called, but you know the long bar that's connected to the bottom of the side windows. well the gasket that goes in there, between it and the window, tore apart when i went to replace the window. would a local window shop have something to replace it or will i need to go to a dealership/order through ?

If its the bottom window track, you could just use urethane available from auto glass shops. Its pretty tough to squeeze out of the caulking gun so I warm it up a little first.

shaved80, I think you're describing the window run weatherstripping. Classic Industries has them.
go to the catalogue download and look for weatherstripping.
I couldn't download the page by itself- it downloaded 37 pages of stuff and I don't think roundedline wants all that stuff takin up space so I edited this. it's page 8 in the weatherstripping.

Jcwhitney also has them as well as many people on eBay

i found them at the dealership, but they only sell it in a roll, for $50

alright, the guy at the dealership was stupid, and they do sell it by foot, $0.50 a foot. so i bought enough for 4 windows, just to have extra. in case anyone is wondering, when you put it in, roll the window all the way up and leave it for a good day or so, or else the window won't stay.
