So I unlocked my passenger door and the key stayed in the lock. She doesn't seem to wanna come out ,even with vice grips.

Any thoughts?

pb blaster or wd40

Does the key turn in the lock cylinder? Does the interior lock operate? If worse comes to worse, a new pair of door lock cylinders and keys at Autozone is $16 bucks.

The lock works fine and the WD40 did the trick. Thanks for that.
I squirted some regular oil in there as the WD will dry up.

Oil will foul the cylinder by allowing dirt, etc to stick to the oil, making the problem worse. A silicon spray is the only substance that should be sprayed into a lock cylinder. It will clean out some contaminants and lubricate the cylinder with a non-sticky substance. Get it nice and clean and put graphite lubricant in there. That's the best way to keep the tumblers working nice.

I'll check if I have some.Thanks.
