Title: Cowl Induction Hoods
Post by: Nikodemus on October 02, 2006, 05:30:00 pm
I'm planning on getting a dual cowl hood when I get my truck painted (probably next year) but I'd like to know who has high quality hoods availible. I've heard reflexxion is good...and I found a dual cowl for $389.99. Which is the cheapest I've ever found that brand.   has a $349.99 dual cowl...I'm just wondering who has the best quality at a resonable price. I don't want a piece of junk and I've heard some of  's replacement fenders are crap so I'm worried about the quality of their hoods. I'd rather pay a little more and end up with something good. Any opinions and experience with cowl hoods is appretiated. :D

I have a reflexxion cowl hood on my 85 pickup and a goodmark cowl hood on my 87 suburban  and they both fit great. i bought them for $350 at the englishtown new jersey raceway park swap meet. everywhere else they go for $450 to $500 so $389.99 is a great price.

We sell Goodmark hoods.  My other supplier just started stocking Tripluss hoods, they are cheaper and Tripluss makes Goodmarks hoods.

I can get the Tri-pluss for $389 + Truck shipping (size)
