For just calipers, that seems high. On my 79, i can get, if memory serves me, new reman'd calipers for under $30 each. You have to use your old ones as cores and trade them in. SgtDel

Ditto, you should be able to get rebuilt calipers for under $30 apiece. Last set I got didn't require a core. Chris Lucas

YOu won't be getting your actual calibers back. You buy the new ones, then after you replace the old ones, just take them back so you get your core money back. They will inturn send those off to rebuild and the next guy will get those. Say for instance your new refurbished calibers cost $30 each, you pay $60 for both. Then once you get the old ones off, you take the old ones back w/ your receipt and you get approximately $10 back for each one. The salesman can tell you how much you will get back for your old ones.
You can go to any name chain store like napa autozone advance, etc... SgtDel
