Title: tow hooks

I was looking at my RPO codes today and apparently my truck (85 K-35) was equipped with front tow hooks.  It is code V76 "HOOK, FRONT TOW, FRT TOW HOOK".  The thing is that there are no tow hooks, unless I am an idiot and cannot find them.  Were factory tow hooks a through-bumper set up like the new trucks?  Maybe they have been removed.  

It is funny, since I have been looking for a set of hooks for the front (hooks, or a bracket that will accept a D-Ring).  

Does anyone know how to get these original hooks, or have any suggestions for hooks?  I like the Keeper Corporation hooks, but do not know if they are available in Canada
