Just wondering how hard/what parts are needed/ cost involved in swapping air condition into a non-a/c truck?

most expensive but easiest would be buying complete retrofit unit new. you will have to weld shut your hole for heater in firewall and recut to fit for a/c. if you can find a comlpete donor would be best bet, but if your patient im sure you can locate the parts in autowreckers just make sure they have some sorta warranty in case compressor etc is no good

If it didn't have AC from the factory, this would be your best bet...

hotrodair.com

Price can get up there, but its a @#%$ good system.

Simple answer:  Everything except the cab.  Then you need to make a template from the donor and weld and cut holes accordingly.

vintageair.com also make a kit for these.
