Title: Steering wheel upgrade?
Post by: lt1kicker on May 16, 2007, 08:46:54 pm
Would a 88-93 Chevy PU steering wheel bolt on direct to  a 79 column?  If not, what are the changes that needs to be made?

Ya that's what I'm looking for.  Any special tools required other than steering wheel puller?

It can be done without one but much easier with a lock plate spring compressor. I run a Z24 Cavalier steering wheel in my Blazer. My 86 has a 92 Van wheel in it.
