Well, I had a bunch of stuff laying around from my days of building these trucks. I used to be 1976Scottsdale, but I can't get the password to take anymore, so I made a new account. I was looking at what all I had left, I have: TH400/NP203 combo with basically no miles on it, tilt steering collumn with keys, front driveline. My wrenchin' buddy was getting ready to crush a 1978 K-10 shortbed chassis when I reminded him of the amount of parts that I have given him over the last few years. So, I now own the chassis. He then thought he would try me and see if I could get a cab without his help. Two phone calls later, I have a 1980 Chevrolet 4x4 cab and title. Next came a motor... turns out a guy down the road had a chopped 4x2 chevy stepside shortbed... sixty dollars and two ford head gaskets later, I now own a chopped 4x2 chevy. We used the lowered and prepped chassis for another friend's truck. The bed went to the same person. The cab we killed, it may wet itself when it sees me come after it with a sawzall for parts. The truck had a 305 in it that supposedly needed a cam. I got to looking at it and noticed new gaskets and silicone, pulled the intake and valve covers, and found an absolutely spotless engine that has a great lifting cam in it. So, for the sake of safety, I will be adding a new oil pump and maybe bearings. Then I will have to find glass, carpet, and seats.

If you have issues with your old password it is because I changed them to move over to the new board. Passwords were not migrated, only usernames. Instead of re-registering when you get an error, you can send me an email and ask for a temp password.
Are you planning on keeping this username or do you want the other one? One of the accounts will be deleted...
