Title: Catalytic Converter
Post by: Copper Canyon on June 13, 2007, 09:01:12 pm
Here soon I will be changing my exhaust (it's already dual). I want to put on a new cat. I have an '86 SWB C-10 with a 305 (soon to be 350). I don't need any high performance junk. Just something better than stock. Needs to be 2.5" in/out. I didn't know if yall knew of a place on the net that had them for cheap, or somewhere in the Nashville area.

Thanks
Copper Canyon

I can get you a Hi-flow Cat for $72.50 or a mini-cat for $64.50 + shipping.

So far Summit is the cheapist. They have a Cat-Co converter for $53. I have searched all over and thats as cheap as I've found. Thanks guys.

It's just a basic universal cat with a honeycomb type converter. Like I said, anything is an upgrade from stock. Those converters are HORRIBLE.

I would cut those things right off, but I gotta have in Sumner County. I guess I could register it in another county hahaha.
