Hello hello.
My truck (originally 1/2 ton) now has a one ton 14b FF rear end and 10 bolt front end and my booster is shot. I am assuming that the one in there was a half ton one. Would there be any reason to "upgrade" to even a 3/4 booster or will there be little to no difference? I have no clue. Thanks guys.

I don't think there is any difference. You have boosters with a single diaphram, and some with double diaphrams. Just put a double diaphram on it and call it a day.
