hi, im new to the boards. i have an 84 gmc 2500 2wd long bed. i was wondering if anyone knew where i could get one of those military bumpers that they put on the 1980's chevy army pickups, the ones with the 2 hook loop things on them?

I don't know anywhere you can get the bumpers. All you have to do is cut holes in your factory bumper and fabricate some square stock and put some clevis / d rings through the square stock. Thats all the military ones are. They are bolted right to the frame.

The bumpers on them are just factory bumpers with mounts in them. You can usually find them on Ebay. Just search for CUCV or M1009
