HAS ANY ONE EVERY MADE THERE OWN REAR SHACKLES TO LOWER THERE TRUCK. AND IF SO HOW DID YOU DO IT AND WHAT DO YOU NEED DO MAKE THEM. I WOULD LIKE TO GO ABOUT 2 TO 4" IN THE REAR. THANKS KEVIN

You won't get 4" of drop out of a shackel, it would be hitting the bed at that length. They are only about $40 from the aftermarket. If you are looking to get 4", you need shackles AND hangers.
BTW, turn your caps lock off, it is yelling on the internet.

It'll be much easier for you to just go out and spend the $40 for a set of shackles. I know most of the parts stores around here carry them in stock. They usually have boxes listing them for '88-'98 trucks, but they'll work on '73-'07 trucks.
