exactly what the title says, what is it?
-
It's the first step in baking a cake.
-
well depending on where you heard it, it is describing the process I made popular in 2003 where you remove a section from the crossmember to drop it 1.5". It uses all stock pieces for the engine, but requires the steering to be re-routed around the upper control arm.
We have been selling these since 2003.
This is what one looks like:

How much is that selling for now?
-
$500 + usable core + shipping.
-
does this change you steering and suspension geometry?

Geometry, no, steering linkage from the column to the steering box, yes.
-
why would u do this mod dose it give the motor more room or if it lowers the vehicle how dose it do it
-
It lowers the truck the amount of the channel. the crossmember is raised up that amount...
-
ok thanks
