Really ,are you sure? if so the previous owner must have installed?
let me be more clear,6 months ago i removed blocks (rear) they may have been 1"3/4 thick ,i installed 3" blocks ,Really Ruined the ride!
I threw away the first blocks(dumb) so thats why I cant find  stock
ones! they never Had them
thanks for info

Have a machine shop mill you up a pair. Can't be that many $ as its just a block with a hole in one side and a nub on the other, or a hole right through it and bolt it to the springs with the center bolt.

If all you changed were the blocks in the rear I am confused on how it ruined the ride, it is only a 1.25" difference.  You can remove the one you have and have someone cut it down to the previous size.  BUT they never came with blocks from the factory.

you can get another set of blocks from Autozone with U-bolts for less than $50 bucks
