I cant find any lift kits for my '79 C10!!! any help please?? im thinking 3" (only if needed) body, and about 4"-6" suspension with about 35" tires

If you are actually talking about a C10 (2WD) there is only a few that makes a lift for it. http://www.fabtechmotorsports.com/applications/gm/2wd73-98c1500.html
It is only 3" and will only clear 33x10.50 after trimming.

well i want at least 4", is there anyway to modify any one of these 4" setups? so that i can get my truck, which uses coil springs up front to accept one of these kits?

I'm just curious..why do you want to add that much lift to a 2wd truck?
-
search Ebay......you will find it! ;D
-
its more for looks than anything! because im planning on picking up a newer truck, like a 2007 1500ss in a while and that will be my sport truck as where this will be my worker

id like to do the same thing but with a 3/4 ton c25 gmc. I want to put 35s on i already have 33s with stock suspension.

There is no way to modify a 2wd to use leafs up front short of buying a 4x4.
