Chevy 4x4 vans of that era are far more uncommon than their Ford counterparts..I forget what it was, but somthing made the chevy vans MUCH harder to convert than the ford vans. Would be a good project for somone on here to snag up and play with.

man, that thing is awesome I <3 vans. I would love to have one of those in pretty good shape like that one. I have never seen one around here for sale though :(

Pretty cool!

Fords have a full frame, Chevy and Dodge vans are unibody. Not much meat to hang shackles etc on.
I am working on the guy but for some reason he thinks 4 registered vehicles for him and his wife is to many. He wants to sell instead of trade for another car.

4, I have 6 if you don't count the motorcycle. That isn't much at all....

My dad has two cars, a truck, a Harly, and a Texas Chopper all on the road. then his home insurance on top of that all with the same company. he gets a discount though.

I have seven registered and a bike!

I am glad I bought a house with a double lot. One whole lot is just a paved driveway. I have my 91 sub, my 79 pickup, my 65 gt convertible mustang, and my sheriff's car. My wife has a jeep cherokee, and had a 97 mustang registered as well two weeks ago. We sold the 97 stang to my 16 year old nephew who promptly wrapped it around a bridge guard, totalling it two days ago--and he still owes me money for it :-\. Due to my primary car being the sheriff's car, and not using my personal cars for work commutes, my insurance is rather cheap. All personal cars insured as pleasure cars.
So instead of six cars, we have five now in the driveway/garage. I also have a 30 foot camper trailer--can't wait for warmer weather.
