The bags are goin on this year. I'm goin air over leaf in the rear. I know I need to remove a couple few leafs from the packs but I'm unsure if I'm goin to have to get the leafs de-arched at a spring shop.
If that be the case I'm gonna hit the bone yard for a set of leafs to prep for the project.
Just so ya know: The rear has been flipped. Drop shackles and hangers already installed. And, the frame has been notched so that when its bottomed out the tires are 1" from hitting the inside of the top of the stepside fenders.
I know I'll need to change the way the rear shocks are installed, no biggie, I can handle it.

i bagged my 85 with the rear flipped and drop shackles i didnt take any leaves out of my pack but then again i already had 4 inch drop leaves installed. you could get away with taking leave out. i would do like every other leaf. if you take to many out you will have whell hop problems.

I thought about wheel hop and spring wrap a bit too. I figure a set of traction bars might be in my future. One way to find out.

N2TRUX has had an air over leaf for a while. I would test it like you have it now, but if you remove the leafs, remove the shortest ones. The less you have the less tractability you have.
