Title: Take out a leaf in front?
Post by: qboy on January 01, 2008, 06:57:55 pm
I've already taken 2 leaf springs out of each side of the rear which had 6 per side and the truck rides much better.   Front of truck is still very stiff.   I've got two leaf springs per side up front.   Can I remove one on each side?

Same here. These trucks wear meant to work not play.So to play you will probably want to upgrade.

NEGATIVE!  Unless you want it to sag to the ground.  If it is riding rough in the front what shocks do you have?

Just put on new Rancho 5151 shocks.    They seem a little long although they're the ones called for.   I might just leave it alone for now.    I wonder if anyone makes a coil spring conversion kit.
