i'm just wondering what the gas prices are in ya'lls area. here in Covington, TN they are in the $1.90 to $2.00 range. i wish they would go down but i don't think they will anytime soon.i hate it.
-
$1.99 here...it sucks.
-
well up here in canada im paying 81.4 cents per litre and thats somewhere around $3.07 per gallon
-
2.10 in ohio took me 50$ to fill up
-
buck 76 to buck 99 depends where you are but here in jersey we have all the refineries (you know..that funny smell on the turnpike near elizabeth)
-
it didn't notice last time i put gas, but it ranges between $2.08-$2.16ish.
-

If a huge group of people could only not buy gas for a four or five day stretch I bet someone would take notice ( oil companies )
-
yeah, but nobody's gonna do that.
-
Here in SW Missouri its 2.04. 2.13 for diesil. Cost $300 to put 140 gals in my big truck.
Not buying fuel for 4 or 5 days won't effect anything. What we don't buy, China, Japan, and all the other developing countries will buy it up. The problem is more countries other than the US and Europe are purchasing more oil than the did 30 years ago. Its really not a matter of OPEC filling more barrels a day its that fact the nobody can produce enough oil to meet the demand.
The next family car we buy will be a hybrid.
Anyways, fuel prices will probably come down in a year or two but none of us will see prices below 1.30.
-
so you don't think gas prices will ever go below 1.30 ever agian, they won't ever go back to like they were in the old days???
-
ours is a $1.99 here in lawton/elgin area, and that is for 87 octane, what sucks is i estimated the cost to fill both my tanks up and it would cost me about $80 to top off 2 20 gallon tanks
-
In Georgetown KY gas is $1.10-1.19. To make it worse, I run hi-octane in my truck so tack an extra 20 cents on that price.
-
i'm a movin to kentucky boys
-
yeah that might not be a bad idea if they're that darn cheap.
-
Please tell me that $1.10 isn't a typo, I've already got the kids loaded into the truck and ready to move.
-
Sorry, it WAS a typo.
-
2.12 Southern Utah for REGULAR!
-
i wish they would go down so bad but they're only gonna go higher. lucky me i have a Suzuki GN 125 cruiser bike that get's 90 mpg according to the specifications and tops out at 70mph. if they go up continuously i will get it out and start driving it again, can't drive it now because of out of date tags and no insurance.
-
90 mpg? my cbr600 only gets between 25per gallon (but you get there really really fast) and 50(max) per gallon driving normal, the new quik check just opened 1.76 a gallon for reg
-
My Yamaha 225 enduro gets about 40 MPG if you drive it like a human. If you drive it like you stole it it gets about 18 to 22 MPG.
-
i got gas today at Exxon and it's 2.08 for regular and i put 10 dollars in it. about the bike 90mpg is what the specs. said but it's probably not that now being a '91 model i'd say around 70mpg now, it's only a 125cc single cylinder.
-
2.17 regular unlead 2.37 super unlead out here in Phoenix az.

-

-
i wish i live where you live cooltool. i can only hope that get that cheap around here in Covington.
-
now gas is $2.25 for regular
. i have a question, if you put your tailgate down, don't that save gas mileage due to lesser wind resistance?
-
most places are still under 2 bucks here, 87swb, want better mileage, just pretend theres an egg between your foot and that skinny pedal on the right, It helps, I was getten around 16 mpg in my 94 ext cab 4x4 with 3.73 rear and 33's on the highway during my last trip south on 81 and 77, also with about 800 lbs of tools in the bed
-
$2.59 for 87 octane here in cali.
-
2.43 here in nortern mi
-
just went and put $10 dollars worth at Mapco and it was $2.18 for regular.
-
its 2.27 + around Binghamton NY for reg. I also live mile an half from cheapest gas in area too. Its 2.35 at the pilot over the hill in conklin. And yes 87swb it does improve mileage, but you will only notice on highway trips. When i took a 01 chevy 1/2 2 wheel down to florida last fall i got 20MPG with the tail gate dropped, the other truck (identical) got 17MPG or so.
Diesel is anywhere from 2.45 to 2.55!!
-

and i work on a dock in t.n. and the gas is 2.90 on the water
i have 4 trucks
-
I live in Western Kentucky and the gas here today (just filled up) was $2.18 per gallon. I think moonshine would be some cheaper. Might even run better at that.
-
Here in CA, we're paying 2.79 a gallon. Sounds like everybody is fed up with gas prices...I think it's only gonna get worse...It's not an infinite resource and we've got kids dying for it in Iraq...there's more to getting Saddam Hussein out of power there than him just being a dictator. We'll make Iraq a puppet regime and control their oil and keep tabs on the rest of the region. Don't be surprised if Iran or Syria are next. With all of our American know how there has to be other ways to create a fuel that will still allow that seat of your pants rumble and roar of a Chevy V-8 to snap your head back. Things are definitely changing in the world today...
-
Filled up for $2.13 today. Its been hovering around 2.09-2.15 for the last few months. Kinda sad to see, but it had to happen one day. They're paying over $6 a gallon in Europe, and have been for some time.
-
it's gotten up to 2.40ish here in arizona
