My windows are hard to roll up.What causes that.They are manual windows.

Most times its the regulator and rails are dry. Need to PB blast and white lithium everything. Problem is if they have been doing this for a long time, over time the arms tend to bend. If that happens they try to come out of the vertical tracks, & still roll up hard.
