-
its a 1977 gmc camper special, and also how do i remove the camper special emblems on the cab?
-
well you should be able to go behide the seat and put your hand up a hole in the cab and you should feel a couple of nuts

Plowking, Really the only way, is to remove the fender. The emblems were put on the fenders & then installed on the trucks. It has been years since I've had any reason to remove them without the fender, I usually took a putty knife & slid under them & smacked it with a hammer, breaking the studs off & buying a new emblem & putting it on with barrel clips. I do believe the back nuts can be had from the door jamb with the door off if it didn't have the foam seal & I believe we could get the front one on the left side with some tool from under the hood (with allot of swearing) but the right one was a no-go. I hope this helps, it's been about 20 years since I did one that way, so I might be all wet. I would just remove the fender, it's not that hard & less stressful & you will also do a better job painting. Lorne

If you want to keep the ones on the fender intact, I HIGHLY suggest removing the fender to remove it. You can't get to it unless you have some REALLY small hands and long arms
-
Just 2 speed nuts hold them on.

i only need to change one fender so the one im changing will be a piece of cake but the other one when i go to paint it i want to take it off so i dont get paint on it, it seems imposible to mask off
-
you can mask it. Just be patient.
