You said your harness was all hacked up. Did you replace it or rewire it? If you rewired it then.... lol What else doesn't work?

Yea i redid the harness matched all the colors up...And it dont work..Would it matter tho if it was out of a automatic with cruse? or what if my truck came with warning lights??

You can't match up wire colors to make it work.  Was the previous cluster working?  If it was warning lights you need to verify the harness pins.

Ok...anyone think that one out of a 1986 Chevrolet suburban would have a better chance of working on my 86 Chevrolet custom deluxe k10?

If you wiring was hacked up before, you need to verify that the wiring is correct.  Technically you should be able to swap a 81-87 to an 86, but if you are going from lights to gauges, some of the senders aren't the same.

Ok looks like im going to have fun with this one.....So if i want to install after market...I just leave the plastic on the back? so my gas gauge gets power? or do i try to cut the battery/temp/oil pressure out?

get a haynes manual, they have a descent wiring schematic.  Trace the wires using that, take your time, and get a Ohm Meter.  If its to hacked up, look into a junk yard underdash harness from another truck.

The wires are dead on...Checked all that....I didn't no that on Other clusters the back plastic "Circit bored" Could differ a lil...So im gonna see if i win one on ebay..for my year of truck...already winning it...But since i put my bid in it will just go with the truck when i sell Or put back on ebay when i scrap it..

If the printed circuit is ok on the donor, you don't need a new one, it is correct for the cluster you are using.  You need to get the wires on the harness to match that on the back of the cluster.  9 times out of 10 you WILL have to move some when going from lights to gauges...

Im not sure if it had lights tho....I took out aftermarket gages...And my wife tossed out the original Cluster by mistake...So im pretty much blind here...And my Chilton book has nothing in it about the cluster...And i dont even no if the sending units are still on the engine....cause for oil he ran the pressure line..Temp he ran to the side of the engine..And battery wasn't even connected....Im wining a new cluster out of an e6 that looks alot like the one i took out....It has the Brake light on the bottom left...And it has the Numbers on the Gas Gage and not the Circles....And its a 86...The 2 i have now i dont no for sure what year there out of....But the one has a clock..And the other had the break light under the speedo...Maybe if some one can give me an idea on what to look for? Maybe some sensors i can look for...for temp? or for oil pressure..
