Title: Sell for parts truck or part it out and sell on ebay?

As u all no i got alot of stuff i got for this..and wanted to no what u guys think would bring me a profit? So sell it all for $500 or part it out on ebay?

Im thinking every thing...Would i have a better chance selling it as is or would i make more of a profit selling it piece by piece on ebay

its pretty hit or miss either way, sell it outright and you will always get people trying to lowball you. Sell parts on ebay and you owe a fee per part and then no guarantee it will sell, or the winner will even pay.

I would keep it if you have room, walk away from it for a few weeks, then maybe you will have a fresh outlook on it and want to keep going on it.

Redneck is it just your electrical issue that's kicking your butt or is it more than that? Honestly if the truck has valuable parts you might make more ching parting it.

Yea...its the gauge thing...And the High Rpm "carb prob"  ....And just looking to the future.....I mean a parts truck is one thing...Making money is another...cause parts do rott...The longer it sits the more money im losing...

How about finding a doner truck to combine parts? You just want to get rid of it?

Well see i dont no what i would like to do...I would love to start another 73-87 project...And this time im wiser...So im not going to buy junk...And the goal is ...To get money for parts...I figure my truck isnt going to get me alot of good parts..So why not sell her and get me some project money? Thats why i was asking if any one had good luck selling parts on ebay...Ot if they had better luck just selling them as is...

Redneck, I was thinking about your high RPM running the other day. You never did figure out what is up with this? I hadn't seen anything more about it & assumed you didn't want to talk about it, Any new headway? Hate to see you "give up" on your project.

Yea i cant figure it out...So ya im giving up on this one....To much wrong with it..I wanted a "rolling restore" if i did this it would be a tare down
