replacing seals for the vent window
-
What are we voting for? You need to remove the vent window and drill out or grind off the rivets. It's a PITA

It might be easier to look for a set of windows on ebay. I paid @$60 for them.
I vote for Blazin to do the windows. He likes workin in the cold.. is that what we're voting on? :D

Just finished mine - wasn't too "bad". I had to remove the vent window (but needed to to refinish the door-dent removal and all). Then removed the old seal (using exacto knife to get it off from around the rivits). Then ground out the two small rivits holding the pivot arm to the the window guide (using cut off tool). Then put on new seal - use PLENTY of soapy water. Then put vent window back on and rivited the pivot back on with some steel rivits. Finished. First window took about 30 minutes and second vent window, a little less. Now getting the vent windows back in ??? We will see......
