Post by: 1978Bonanza on February 29, 2008, 07:53:26 pm: My name is Tyler, im 17 and I have my licence and live in Ocean City, MD. I own a 1978 Chevy Bonanza
C-20. 350, 8ft. box, 25/20 color code (Mariner Blue Metallic/Lite Blue). It is mostly original, original paint, interior, like I said basically everything. Is there a specific pic size I need to use because I have pics. I bought it for $500 about 4 months ago. Since then 4 new tires, painted rims black, painted whole front end black, smoked taillights, no exhaust, full tune up, etc. I love it but only drove it twice as it is at my high school auto shop so I can restore it. I expect it back next week in perfect running order. Its not a beauty (well in my eyes it is) but it serves it purpose and gives good practice for what I love. Sorry for the long first post but just wanted to give you some info about me and my truck.

I go there in the mornings then to regular school. I put a new timing chain on, set timing, oil change, new tires, tune up, put replacement panels on, body & steering alignments, brakes, etc. all for the price of parts. I do all my own labor which saves money and teaches me at the same time.
