Title: front seat
Post by: arkoza63 on March 07, 2008, 12:42:31 am
i have a 82 3/4 ton scottsdale and need to upgrade the front seat.
what are my options?
do i have to stick with truck seat. or can i put seats out of a car without to much trouble?

i ask this because i owned a 66 dodge truck and it had a seat out of a 72 satellite and was to low. i had to mickey moose it and didn't like the out come. it worked buuutttt...... it wasn't the best. i didn,t care to much it was just a farm truck.

As you have already found, you can put any seat in there you want with some fabrication.

yaeh iknow it was a stupid question. i took a look this morning and saw that the floor pan sits higher than my old 66 dodge did. now i'll start looking for seats may be buckets and make a center consold.

thanks folks.
