Post by: dunedigger on March 07, 2008, 11:41:33 am
I've been planing on trying these for years.  Just when I went to buy them rancho quite making them and nobody stocked them.  I was able to find a set on craiglist still new.  I haven't got them installed yet.  I was wondering if anyone ever tried these or something similar ???

Are you trying to eliminate spring wrap? I have actually made tubes with hiem joints on the ends for this application. They worked real good so I would imagine shocks would work OK too.

I don't have any spring wrap unless I stop on a sand hill and try to take off again.  That's what I'm trying to cushion.  I eventually will get some ladder bars too but these just looked really cool. Ha ha.
