what should i be running for pugs in my 6 year old 350 crate motor i prefer accel plugs what do you guys prefer?

what year is the engine and most importantly what cylinder heads do you have?

acdelco r45ts or acdelco rapidfire

i'm running the short accel plugs to clear my headers. they are ok. Ac Delco's are ok but i prefer NGK plugs.

My best luck overall comes from autolite plugs.  The worst for some reason are champions.   Ac delcos have done me pretty well, but autolites last longer.
