Title: Rear slider Weatherstripping
Post by: JJSZABO on March 13, 2008, 11:07:54 am: I have the GM rear slider that I need to install. I was told that the rubber seal for the original sliding window is no longer available. Has anyone replaced their single piece glass with a slider and what gasket did you use? Thanks

Well, to be honest I only called safetyglass and banner glass - I'll keep checking.

Post by: Captkaos on March 13, 2008, 02:57:53 pm: Yes. IF it is a GM supplied slider. I removed my Slider that came on my 87 and replaced it with the same gasket. If the current one has a small area that a glass will go into you are set to get just a regular glass gasket. Got a pic?
