-
gary,
First, sweet truck!! Second, what size tire and drop do you have?
-
its a 5/7 drop with 265 50 15 tires i recently booted the bed and added a 93 model seat, haveing the bed rhino lined next week i guess its kinda pointless since it has a bed cover but i think it will look better when the lids up.[ (http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm312/glasley1/100_0817-1.jpg).(http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm312/glasley1/48b8b91342ef.jpg)
-
thanks for the info on the drop. your truck teases me every time i use my computer because it's my back drop now. how was it putting that seat in? simple bracket mods?
-
very nice truck mane
-
Looking good ;D
-
putting the seat in took about 2 hours now that i have done one i could probably do it in about 45 minuets, the newer seats sit about 6 inches higher so i had to use my 82 tracks and weld a brace where it bolts up front it also recuired about 1 inch of spacer on the front bolts if not the seat leans forward and you feel like you are going to slide into the floor all and all its a pretty simple job

I took advantage of my 3 day weekend and got outside monday and sprayed in my bedliner, not near as hard as i thought it would be, dont think i will ever pay someone else to do one again.I spent about 4 hrs on the whole project and it only cost about 180 dollars counting the spray rig, here is a couple before and afters

-
looks good. what brand liner did you spray and where did you buy the gun? been thinking about trying it myself.
-
Nice work Gary....
Nice lookin truck.
-
I wanted to put my radio in the dash where yours is. Looks like it belongs there.. sweeeet ride
-
its herculiner, and i bought the gun at oriellys.a friend of mine done his entire jeep with the same stuff and it has held up well for two years of torture no rips or peels so i thought id try it,the big key to it is very good prep and spray the liner between35 to 45 psi
-
hmmmm... an oreily's just opened up in town here. thanks for the heads up. i have a gun that is for industrial (heavy crap paint) and was wandering if it would work. buddy of mine has herculiner on his trailer and it's thick so i don't know if it will make it through the gun nozzle.
