Got the truck running good finaly. So today I changed out the old plugs for new ones and did a compression test, lil worried bout 1&3
1) 100, wet 140
3) 125, wet 140-145
5) 140, wet 150
7) 145-150
2,4,6,8) ALL 145-150 (not wet tested saw no need with these readings)
SO, whats the deal with 1,3 and 5?
Im not yet driving the truck on the road so I cant tell if its using coolant or anything like that. Oil looks and smells good, Have noticed lots of blowby comming out of passenger side head, and looks like water in the oil, but none on the dipstick?? The blowby tube is dripping or was dripping milky nasty brown stuff. Not soo much lately (maybe just moisture from sitting??)

OK did you do the compression test correctly?
All spark plugs removed
Battery Charger for consistent cranking RPM
Wide open throttle during cranking with the choke open
4 compression strokes on cylinder you are testing

Yep, nope, nope, yep. lol
All the plugs were removed and I did retest 1, 3, and 5 like 3 times just to make 100% sure every thing was right, no fitting leaks, good seat in the spark plug hole. I started with number 1-7 then 2-8 then back over to 1-5 just to double and triple check my numbers.
