That's how much you'll need to fit the truck in a garage. That's approximately how long the truck is.

I thought you were referring to bed length. That's what I get for posting before bed after a 65hr work week.

I was all excited thinking I'could help withthe wheel base length, but realized you ment overall length. Sorry some hillbilly put a wooden flatbed on my 78 shorty!
-
At first I thought you were trying to measure yourself..to see if you could fit in your truck. :Dha!

Hot Rod I think you need to invest in a tape measure.
How tall is your truck?
-
the truck it is 6f tall and i either need to put 8f legs on it or 10f legs
-
You want the head space to be at least 8ft.

well i thank i am going to get 10f legs so that will give me the room i need i hope what do you think chris
-
Yeah what do you think ??? I would say 10' is good. Wouldn't want to lift it then have it not fit!
-
well the car port would have 10f legs then the roof would be a couple of feet so i think it would be good and to get the car port it is $895
