ok so I have no rear brakes. the rears are drums. iv got new shoes and drums. they are adjusted correctly. and they have been bled. when i press the pedal there is no pressure until the pedal is about 2 inches from the floor then there's a little pressure. im starting to think it might be my master cylinder but im not quite sure.

sounds like you have either air in the system or a bad M/C. check your lines to the rear WELL...all the way down the frame. make sure you don't have a leak or a crimped spot. you might not be getting enough fluid to the rear to do the deed...

If everything is as you say, replace the M/C. Make sure you bench bleed it first!
