Title: Broke All the Time

:lol  Man, I gotta get my darlin wifey to work- every time I get a couple thousand $ saved up for my poor ole 87 , I get a phone call from one of the kids wanting money for either college or cars. I should be old enuff to know better huh?

Don, you're too easy.  I built my first car, didn't cost my dad one penny.  I put myself through college, you guessed it, didn't cost my dad one penny.

My son will build his first car, or he won't drive, total cost to me?  zip.  I'll pay his insurance until he gets a job (I don't know why, I have been working since I was 11 years old).

My son will work while in college.  Total cost to me, well, lets just say I'll do my part. This isn't the 1980's anymore...college aint as cheap. But then again, he better get a scholarship.  Yeah, that's it.

Lord HELP......my kids are 16,10,9,and 2......Yup!, I'm broke quite often too....................Sometimes the smallest things I can afford to do to my truck is such a "big deal" to me !!!!!8)

Yeah, I have been trying to get as much done to the truck as I can before my son gets older and I finally get a house.
